Change and Project Management

There are three things within a project - Time, Quality and Cost.
Working to Prince2 and APMP standards, our Project Managers ensure your project is clearly defined, with manageable and reasonable objectives, that can realistically be achieved within the agreed time, quality and cost.
We then manage your project from beginning to end, continually reviewing progress, controlling budgets, issues and managing risks, with regular updates back to the management team.
Projects don't go late on their own overnight; everyone in the team needs to be involved and accountable and that is what a good project manager helps to achieve.
Operations Management
Running a business well and profitably shouldn't be a chore; it should be enjoyable and rewarding.
Most business owners and their staff are excellent at what they do but it takes a different set of skills to actually help expand the business, whether setting up a new division or business model or defining different processes and ways of working.
